Straightforward Remodeling Answers
Is the owner really on-site for every project?
Yes—Antonio Corral Jr., our founder, is directly involved in every job. His on-site presence ensures quality control, keeps communication clear, and eliminates the common frustrations homeowners experience with subcontractor-heavy firms. You’ll always know who’s in charge and what’s happening next.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical work in-house?
Absolutely. Unlike many remodelers who outsource every trade, we provide licensed in-house plumbing and electrical services. This streamlines your project timeline, improves quality control, and eliminates delays caused by third-party coordination.
Can I choose my own materials and finishes?
Yes. You select your preferred countertops, tile, fixtures, and finishes. If needed, we’ll connect you with a trusted architectural designer to help with selections. Once chosen, we handle the installation with expert-level precision and care.
What areas do you serve in North Texas?
We’re based in Richardson and serve the entire DFW metroplex—including Dallas, Plano, Southlake, Frisco, McKinney, Irving, Grapevine, Allen, Denton, and many more. If you're in the region, we likely work there.
Do you offer design help or consultations?
Yes. While we’re an installation-first company, we can refer you to a vetted designer to assist with layouts, mood boards, and budgeting. Our team also provides input during the measurement and planning phases to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What sets Summit Vista apart from big remodeling firms?
We combine high-end craftsmanship with the personal accountability of a local, family-owned company. Our projects are owner-led, our trades are in-house, and our pricing avoids big-firm overhead—giving you premium results without the premium markup.
